B of A Community Commitment Program

Anyone ever heard of the B of A Community Commitment Program?

If so what does it entail? minimum score requirements, what do they think about baddies on you credit report? etc...

Any insight is greatly appreciated

I've never heard of this program. I've looked online and cannot find anything about it....

Me neither...so, I'm going my local branch within the next few days to talk to a BoA mortgage rep.  I will post my findings for anyone who is interested.  I hear it may be a good program if it's still available

got mine a few years ago, so might be different requirements. back then it was not score driven, could not have any unpaid negatives. it came out better than VA so i went with it.

thinking about moving and saw the topic.. weird coincidence.
