Caliber

Has anyone financed through Caliber recently?  What was your experience?   What is their credit score requirement?

They are known in the industry to be very slow in processing files.

They have wholesale and retail, I'd imagine they are less strict then brick and mortar.  

Call and ask.  If you know a broker, they will have a rate sheet.

I used them for my mortgage last summer. Scores mid 600s I don't remember exactly. They made it easy for me. I would recommend them.
