Cancelling cash-out Refi before closing?

Other than losing the appraisal fee that I already paid, are there any liabilities I have if I cancel a cash - out refinance that is about a week away from closing?   Just trying to understand my options and if I'm liable for any financial penalties if I just stop the process

Nope, there shouldn't be any financial penalties or anything if you cancel the refinance.  People do it all the time for various reasons.
