I am so excited to say that the underwriters gave us the clear to close. We scheduled closing for Friday at noon due to our work schedules! We are so far behind on packing, but this entire process was not very long for us. We signed our purchase agreement on 2/17/13. The only reason we had to wait this long was because we had to wait for our 3000 first time homebuyer grant!! Thank you everyone for all the help and support!!
