My short sale purchase journey will end today as of 3pm and the next phase of the project: rehab work is set to begin!
I can't wait to see my new home after the renovations are complete, its already a fantastic house!
I have learned SO MUCH from this wonderful board and its members! I still have a ways to go in achieving my ultimate goal of having scores in the 800s, but I am so glad to see that 2 years of hard work and fixing my credit has been due to all of the wonderful advice from YOU! Plus we got word yesterday that our rate dropped from 5.25% to 5.125%! WF did it due to the seller concessions being only $4200. instead of the $5000. we requested.
