I have one paid collection tradeline on my EQ credit report. Balance we $68. Will this hurt my mortgage score or do I need the tradeline removed completely from the report?

Yes, a paid collection will hurt your mortgage FICO scores, having it removed would help

It will 100% hurt your mortgage score. Having it removed or paid in full should help it.
