Just received word that my loan passed through underwriting with just the conditions listed below. I am on happy gal right now! 
Hello,
I was going to email you on your credit approval I got today on your loan. The underwriter asking for the following items from you.
1. Need copy of complete money order for $350
2. Need to get homeowner insurance policy
3. Gift letter signed by all parties and documentation of gift money.
4. (FYI) Need appraisal order
5. (FYI) Need builder documents have this requested from builder already.
All you need to concentrate on are first three items.
