Dispute comments and mortgage apps

I have dispute remarks on Equifax and Transunion for 2 accounts which are paid and closed.  On transunion both the remark reads dispute investigation complete-customer disagrees. On equifax they state customer disputed after resolution. No where does it say that the its being investigated currently or that its active so I was just wondering when I go to apply will these comments be a problem for fha qualification. Any input greatly appreciated!

Yup they will be a problem and will need to be removed.
