congratz!!!!
Got my HUD-1 this morning. The final check I need to bring to closing is $1200 less than I was planning on. Now if only Capital One can come through for me. I hate that my excitement has to be so tempered.

Congrats!!
I had my appraisal completed and email to me yesterday. I emailed my LO and he said that he would forward my loan file for underwriting yesterday (2/17/15) and that we'll get it back tomorrow (2/19/15) and then it will need to go to CalHFA for approval (which will take a few more days). He also mentioned to me that he has never gotten a loan denied by CalHFA after they've approved it, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get the initial approval from my Lender. Anyhow, we are scheduled to close on 2/24/15...that's just days away. I'm hoping it wont extend our closing date...but I'm assuming it might. I emailed him back asking if i will incur more costs if my closing date was pushed back a few more days due to underwriting and he said no. Is this true? I thought i read somewhere that if my closing date changed, i would end up paying more. Please help!! I'm such a mess and this month has been the slowest month ever!!
I would suspect that if closing gets pushed out there would be some changes to the closing costs in terms of the prepaid property tax and daily interest. I don't know that for sure though, I guess that would be up to your lender.

thank you! ^^
My underwriter gave me our good faith estimate since setting up the mortgage insurance account could push this to Monday. She said exactly that. If it gets delayed then our amount goes down.
Capital One finally sent a letter to my lender. And of course its not at all what I asked for. I can't win. I'm done with them, I'm going to let it ride and hope for the best. I don't know what else to do.
