Homepath Mortgage

Anyone know the requirement for Homepath Morgage? We were pre approved for FHA but the 2 houses that we picked didn't pass the FHA inspections. We want a fixer upper and but with my bankruptcy being discharged just 2 and half years ago, we don't think we can get any conventional loan or Homepath Morgage.

Bk only has to be 2 years from discharge.

Chapter 13 needs approval if still in payment agreements.

Oh thanks. The lender that approved me for FHA told me that I would have to wait 3 years after discharged to qualify for Homepath. I think I'll try that with a different bank this time.
