So the offere was accepted! The price was 83,500, we offered 81,00 0 they countered with 82,4000 and they took it! Including closing costs. So now we are go back to the L/O and start the whole process all over again.

This is what I would like to do! They accepted the offer so that's good and honestly, the appraisal on the house should be good to. With the fact that I almost was approved I'm hoping this should be clear sallings from here.
Update! I have submitted all documents to the bank and they will order the appraisal when i have the inspection which wil be tomorrow. I'm thinking the loan will go to the u/w by the end of next week and I should have a decision by 8/15 which is 6 business days before I am estimated to close. I thinking because it just fell out of contract that the inspection should go well. Keep your fingers crossed!! #homebuyinghope

The inspection went very well! Much better than the other home. The inspector was really being nitpicky lol I have just submitted an updated statment from my savings account that has the money for my down payment. Which I am pretty excited about. I have a good feeling about this! A little nervous because this is a 3rd charm and I have a few NSFs on my checking account which I am hoping they will be okay with. The appraisal should have went out yesterday or today. My realtor said once we get the approval we can actually bump up the closing date, which I would be excited to do. I'm still shooting to have my final decision by 8/15. Definitely trying to stay positive and hopeful!!! #homebuyinghope

My LO said my loan is with the processor and they are just waiting on my appraisal to send to U/W which should take 1-3 days. The processor is out today so she will follow up tomorrow. i'm shooting for 8/15 to have a date! #homebuyerhope
Man, what an adventure you're going through, and I mean ADVENTURE as in rafting down a jungle river full of pirahnas then coming out into the ocean to find it filled with sharks! Your story should be read by everybody who starts on the mortgage journey as a perfect example of how crazy things can and often do get.

ARRGHHH so today the appraisal came in at 80,000 which is 2400 less than my paying price. So my agent said he talked to the listing agent and they are going to contact the seller. The previous appraisal came in at 83,000 when the house was in contract with someone else. I'm trying to stay positve because it's just 2,000 but i dont want them to walk away.
