Last night my husband and I found and amazing home that had everything we wanted. We made an offer this morning.
Colorado market is hot hot hot, so we hadn't much hope.
But the realtor called and said the seller accepted our offer! We are now under contract. Inspectors go out Monday.
Now I'm nervous about all of that, but we are going FHA with 3.5 down! And the seller agreed to pay 5K in closing fees!
We could not be here without these forums. I appreciate all the advice and help.
