Lack of sufficient relevant real estate account information.

Just signed up for TU's credit monitoring and evaluation they gave me this notice as a negative factor impacting my credit.

I'm confused about this any clarification?

Do you have a mortgage? Or is it paid off?

Was it listed as item #1 or 2 or 3 or 4.  The further down the list, the less accurate the comment

I'm a signer on one that we have no even closed on yet we're closing Monday. My Dad is the main signer though.

It was item #3

Well there you go,that's why. After that mortgage starts to report that comment will go away and probably be replaced with mortgage balance too high until you get it paid down.Any negative effect from this would be minimal.

Okay would it improve my credit making payments on time?

Every time I get credit advice from an advisor of the CRA's it says I don't have a good credit mix. All my Credit accounts prior to this one are only Credit Cards no installment, student or auto loans.

Having a mortgage will solve the credit mix issue.

Congrats on your closing! Monday is right around the corner. Smiley Happy
