I will have 2 LP left in my report when I app for mortgage from 2010. Plan on app in March 17. These do not fall off until Oct. will I have to write LOE or will these totally disqualify me, looking at usda

loe will likely do it.

those old lates wont be an issue unless that is the only credit account you have. but even then, automated underwriting will likely not even mention them

Thanks! Have current 17 accounts and all in good standing and never late! These 2 are from auto(1) loan w chase and (1) bank loan same month. Neither will GW so nothing I can do but wait😫

probably not even hurting score
