Middle Score

Since lenders will use my middle score and my Transunion is the lowest.  Should I bother fighting some errors on a charge off still showing on Transunion as I have already had this corrected on both EQF and EX?

Applying for Mortgage next week and Transunion is 50 pts less than the other two.

Tired of fighting errors!!

You should still get the errors fixed/  While it won't show up next week when they pull your credit,  You could see a substantial score increase when it does.  Since mortgage lender pull scores again before closing, it might qualify you for a lower rate.  Also the chargeoff could cause you problems. not likely but you never know

Re: Middle Score

I have been reading on here that a credit report is good for 120 days. If this is the case, would a lender re-run it if the 120 days hasn't been met yet?

Re: Middle Score

I'd say if it were over 60 days they would likely pull another credit file before closing as they need to make sure you haven't bought another large purchase like a car that could change your qualifying ratio's.
