Mortgage Fico Scores

I would like to know how often mortgage fico scores update as I see my general fico score updates multiple times per month. Also does anyone know what items or areas I should focus on to get my mortage fico scores to increase.

If the changes on your report effect your mortgage score, they will change when your FICO 8's change, but depending on your myFICO subscription plan, you'll only be able to see your new mortgage scores when you update your report, typically once a month or once a quarter unless you pay for another update.

Your mortgage FICO scores (Equifax 5, Transuion 4, Experian 2) can actually change multiple times per day. It's all dependent upon changes to your credit report that have an impact on that particular scoring model.

Now, what I think you might be asking pertains to your mortgage scores on your MyFICO membership. That frequency at which these "change" or update is based on the level of your membership. Further, only paid memberships at this time get access to Mortgage scores on this site/app.
