So last year at this time our middle scores (Hubby &myself) were in high 400's low 500's. I worked at it and got them up to middle mortgage for me is hovering 600 and hubby is 612. I was hoping that would get us into a mortgage with FHA but last lender told me to get scores up more... Lease is up 10/31 and now the landlords will give us until spring and then they are selling. I am really hoping to get those scores up even more by then. Does anyone know any Mass/NH lenders that will pre approve with 600 mid mortgage score? Thanks!
