Open disputes?

Hey folks - To confirm if you have any open disputes, is there an online product that confirms this or do I have to check each bureau?  And if there are any that are closed, what verbiage is satisfactory for UW?  Just want to make sure I do not have any, preparing to start the mortgage process.  Thanks in advance.

Re: Open disputes?

It is simple. Check the credit reports from all three bureaus (EQ, TU, EX). The first two gets covered by CK for free.

If you want to see mortgage scores in details, you can use myfico. I do not know whether you can get them from the other places.

Fico8: EX~EQ~TU~840 (12 month goal~850).
BOA (CCR, UCR), Chase (CFF, CSP, Amazon, CIC, CIU), US Bank (Cash+, AR, Go, Ralphs), Discover, Citi (CCC, DC, SYW), Amex (BCP, HH, Biz Gold, BBC, BBP), Affinity CR, Cap1(Walmart), Barclays View.

Re: Open disputes?

@Pony4her . . . Congrats on you preparing to start the mortgage process . . . I receive my 3 bureau reports from annualcreditreport.com as they now allow one free report weekly until April 2022 (I think). I also follow several of our myFICO forum mortgage experts and perhaps they can add to the information provided by @xenon3030. I'm wishing you great success as you embark upon this major investment and purchase.

@Mortgage-Specialist -and- @ShanetheMortgageMan. Thanks.

Starting FICO 8 Score in 06/2019: EQ-625, TU-649, EX-640
Current FICO 8 Score in 06/2021: EQ-796, TU-806, EX-812
Goal FICO 8 Score in 06/2022: EQ-825, TU-850, EX-850

Thank you @babygirl1256 for your kind words, yes, everyone has been very helpful.  Wow, weekly with annualcreditreport.com, I'll head there now.  I recall them being a free annual report so I wasn't planning to pull it until after all of my disputes were closed in which now that I'm almost done disputing, I wanted to see a big picture to confirm remarks so I can barrel what's there.  Thanks again for the feedback.

Re: Open disputes?

If it shows "previously I'm dispute now resolved" its no longer considered "in dispute". Those are perfectly acceptable and the verbiage does not need to be changed.

Re: Open disputes?

Thank you and because so many reports report differently, can dispute remarks be shown on the MyFICO 3b report?

thanks for responding
