Re: Prices going up fast

I am so happy we are getting a brand new home! I never believed this would happen to us. It is a dream come true! Our total expenses come to $7,000 for the home theater system, radon mitigation system, trash haul, movers, closing costs, and new furniture/artwork. Not all at once but by March we should have everything. It is still hard to believe we will actually be in our new home this weekend. Finally our lives will return to normal. :-)

Re: Prices going up fast

Congrats MovingForward, hope everything works out for you this week and you get out of that hell hole!  Yes JM-AM, still foreclosures, just not nearly as many in my particular area in this past year as in prior years, and the ones that do come on the market are gone in a snap, actually can't even think of the last time one came on the market lol.  Could be just temporary, who knows anymore! lol

Thank you cclee! Yes my LO told me today that we will definitely be in our new home by this weekend! So I scheduled the move for Friday morning as we will be closing Wed or Thurs. :-) We are getting out of this hell hole pretty soon!

I think I might just refi conventional ASAP lol
