Can anyone tell me what a "punch list" is? I got an email from my LO that said punch list. It looks like conditions to me. There were three of them nut only one was for me to take care of with home insurance. Just wondering what that term means
There's always a possibility of more conditions...no one can say for certain at this point you wont' get any, but obviously, this would seem to indicate that you'll probably be cleared to close soon.
Man I hope so. I thought it was going to come down today or tomorrow. I don't kno if I can make it thru the rest of the week. Lol. I already took care of the insurance thing about 20 mins ago and had emailed and faxed to my LO. Lets hope he gets it to the bank today.
