Does anyone know what Express Path Financing is and how it works?  I saw this stated on a mls listing, and its something that I have never heard of.  Thanx in advance for the replies.

I did a quick google search & didn't come up with anything very clear. Why don't you call the listing agent & ask?

From what I was told by an Express Path agent, it is a preferred lender for Fannie  Mae foreclosure properties.
