Well, not sure how things moved so quickly, but I'm ecstatic to report that our offer was accepted and it never even needed to institute the escalation clause!!
We spent a whopping 4 days in the housing market and are still in a bit of shock. Thanks to everyone for their help with answering our questions. Closing schedueld for July 14th!
