Rate Lock

Offer on short sale was accepted.  Met with LO yesterday and rate locked at 4.375% for 45 days.  Do you think that was a good idea?

 

Scores:  TU 709,  EX 690,  EQ  691  (LO pulled   11/15/10

Starting Score: EQ-686 TU 703
Current Score: EQ-695 TU 713
Goal Score: EQ-800 TU 800

For the past 2 weeks rates are trending upwards... so it looks like it was a good move right now.
