Has anyone ever heard of this company ?  I have been interested in an FHA streamline refi and got a call last night from this company and after speaking to them for a bit . I figured i would give it a shot . But after searching around the BBB and google i couldn't find ANYTHING on them . Nothing bad , no BBB entry at all .

they do have a website (who doesn't nowadays) . But where I become hesitant is they want me to fax a copy of my DL and a copy of my SS card. I understand to a point the DL .. but a copy of my SS card?  Is this normal? Any help or input anyone can provide would be appreciated!

I would have to say that if you have never heard of this company, and there is nothing on the BBB's website(which I checked as well, and there is absolutely nothing listed, and I was able to check via name, website url, phone, and email) then I is probably not a legit business, and I would run--not walk in the opposite direction!!!  Hopefully you have not given out any personal info...good luck!!!

They're not on the list of HUD approved lenders.  I personally would be hesitant to hand over my details to someone that contacted me.  It could be a scam even if someone used a reputable lender's name.  With so many established companies to choose from, I'd be hardpressed to go that route
