USDA Final Approval

So after getting a 'apporved with condiations' about a month ago we should be getting a 'clear to close' as soon as the appraiser submits the final paper work. How often does USDA deny a loan? Just wondering if once I get my clear to close from U/W I can pack without being afraid of having to unpack. I'n supposed to move net week but I'm so afraid to pack anything.

Is the appraisal final paperwork your only thing preventing you from getting your clear to close?  I would think that USDA would have already been approved if that was the case.
