Using 401K for all reserves when buying FHA?

Title says it all-Are we allowed to use our 401K for all of the required reserves or do we need some cash and some 401K? The LO I spoke with mentioend we might need extra reserves due to a BK in 2012. I don't know how much extra but I am thinking 4 months total to be on the safe side?

Can I ask what your FICO scores are now 3 years out?  I am one year out and wondering where I might be in 3 years.  Also would these be your FICO 08 or FICO 04 (mortgage) scores?  Thanks.

Mid score is 640. It would be higher but our UTI is high right now. We are working on bringing that down and score up.
