YAY, congrats! I'd love to hear some DPs... I'm on the same journey. Trying to lower my utilization so that I can get my Morgage Fico up to 680 to apply for a FHA with my preferred lender or just 620 if desperate. My last late was 6mos ago, itching to pull the trigger but really nervous about the possibe loan rejection though the lender says my general profile "should" get me approved, of course this isn't guaranteed and based on the full credit pull and underwriting process.
