It gets better. After hearing about the situation the new sellers are going to pay closing cost. Also they want me to move in right now! Before closing? I think they just want to help out anyway they can. We wouldn't think about moving before closing. But my world was turned upside down on Friday. Offer accepted Friday night.  My realtor is going to pay for the inspection. Also my LO is going to give me a credit for the appraisal. Wow can't believe this.

That's just fantastic. Hey, after all the good fortune I have been having with my first-time home buying experience (after a bit of heartbreak of course), I am even happier for you. I hope everything pans out well. If my first-time home buying experience has taught me anything and firm reinforced, your real estate agent and your mortgage loan officer (or broker) are your best allies. Pairing up with a good team is paramount and I could not have asked for a better team, and it was all thanks to this community
