FHA MIP is tax deductible, by the way. If I'm not mistaken, Congress just extended that benefit through 2011.
 
Still sucks to pay MIP, IMO, which is why we just refi'd to Conventional.  (MIP is for FHA; PMI is on conventional, if the LTV is over 80%)

Higher rate adjustments, anywhere from .250% to 1.25% in interest rate, varying from a sub-620 score to a 719 score... the higher the score, the smaller the adjustment.
