Thanks in advance for all your advice. My question is I really want this house I have talked to a realtor that was onsite and she wants me to let here try and see what she can do for me now. I am worried that the time is not right and don't want to mess up anything. My scores have come up tremendously since I've started this July.She tells me that the houses are going very quick and I know they are not many lots left.
She says to me that FHA do things a little different, but I think it may be a little premature. My scores are TU 648, EX 599, and EQ 558. I want to try and at least get my EX up to 650 before I start actually applying. What do you think????????
