just signed the docs at Title Company, we are now waiting for the key

Hopefully we get the key on tomorrow

Gosh.  Wish I lived in a state that funded and gave keys the sme day you sign docs.

Halfway thru signing, the title company sent in paperwork and was funded in 5 minutes and we walked out with the keys.  All within 30 MINUTES!!!!

Congrats!!! We signed all of our docs on 7/26 but didn't close until 8/1 Typically it's 1-2 days here but there was a delay due to a mixup from the LO but it finally happened.
