Refi'd mid-September. First payment November 1. Paying on time.
Any rule of thumb as to when a mortgage servicer typically starts reporting to the bureaus?
Servicer is Roundpoint, for which there is less than no love on social media.
Happily, my mortgage is escrow-free.
[My understanding is that there's no legal requirement that a mortgagee report at all.]
Same question as above, but for a Home Equity Loan (not Line of Credit).
Lender is TD, with which I have a long-ish relationship. (I'd have refi'd through TD, but they don't offer a 20-year mortgage.)

Aaaand ... the answer to question one would appear to be 2 months and a week. The mortgage was reported (to EX at least) this morning.
Hard to determine the impact on score, because a new CC was also reported.
