What was the SUB offer in the mailing?  Is there also a 0% APR offer for both purchases and balance transfers?

As the card issuer is Elan, it has been noticed that the mailed offers are quite a bit better than offers on public facing card application site.  Are the two banks that you received the mailings from local to you?

Thank you for the Congratulations.  The American savings Bank was not a Cc it's a Line of of credit and yes it was approved thru Elan . Both  approval from my local bank.
