local CU
Apple pay with most of the major banks was quick and easy with a PIN or other automated verification...
CUs on the other hand.... Always call us .. and it took time.
Both MIT FCU and HFCU....
Blispay .... Call us
Everyone else was pretty quick and easy...
Changing devices on the other hand.. I supposedly did it wrong.... ALL cards required a call to their respective issuer...
That was a headache..

The only problem I've ever had with it was with adding Paypal, it somehow got 'stuck' and never got all the way activated, so I deleted it thinking it would fix the problem. That only made it worse, though, since Paypal thought the account was still linked although it wasn't (and a place-holder remained in the Samsung Pay app). I had to remove and reinstall Samsung Pay (!) - and then re-add all my cards - to get things cleared up.
How's it been with your PayPal CB card and Samsung Pay? I'm getting ready to apply for this card, but if it's not going to work on my Galaxy S10, I'll have to go a different route for 2% CB.

I actually didn't add a Paypal card (I don't have it) but the actual Paypal account itself... to the merchant it runs as a MasterCard. If you don't have enough money in your account to complete the purchase they do an ACH pull from your checking in $10 increments.
To be honest I only added it because there was a promotion (use three times get $10).
I know only a few of the Synchrony cards work with Samsung Pay, and I can't recall if the Paypal MasterCard is one of them or not (I'm thinking it's not, but don't quote me on that).

According to Paypal's help center, you can:
As long as the card is in Samsung's Wallet app, it should work like any other card. In theory lol.

Ah, that's great to know.
Now if only they'll get on the ball with the Sam's Club MasterCard and Care Credit MasterCard.

Figures that they have both Samsung and Google Pay but not Apple Pay.
