Re: Apple Pay??

I love it, way more convenient then digging through my wallet for cc's to pay with. Totally secure, and had no problems what so ever. Just wish more places accepted it by now, but they will by end the year.

Re: Apple Pay??

I'm in New Jersey. Home Depot, Whole Foods, Gamestop, Petco, Macys, BJs Wholesale Club, Starbucks, the soda vending machines, the car wash, the pizzaria down the street, are the places i go to on a monthly/weekly basis. Ive used it at a random greeting card store, McDonalds, a parking lot, A&P. The only place i wish i could use it is at the pump, but then again being that I'm in NJ and forbidden to pump my own gas would be a hassle. there are times when I'm sick of waiting for the slowass lazy attendant when i hop out and just do it myself.  I still need to swipe at diners and the post office.

Re: Apple Pay??

If it took longer is was due to the cashier not be familiar. That's from my experiences. But I'm in and out in a minute flat. It's way quicker then card

Re: Apple Pay??

How can it possibly take longer?

You tap and go. It takes less than a second.

With Apple Pay, yes. It's not guaranteed with Wallet though.

Re: Apple Pay??

I use mine whenever I can find a place that will accept it.  One time I asked a clerk at 7-11 if they take Apple Pay and he gave me a blank look.  My wife told me later that they probably take some oranges as payment but not apple. Smiley Indifferent

Re: Apple Pay??

Most places that take contactless payments or have the little Wifi symbol on the card reader will likely take it.  Only place I go that doesn't take it is Walmart (and I usually use the Walmart Credit Card there anyway).

I get looks like I just stepped out the Tardis or something when I use it at Walgreens.
