@Anonymous
CSRs were no help. I asked to speak with supervisors.
Both were friendly and helpful.
The last one allowed me to pay my BECU credit card off.
I gave him authorization to use the funds in my account and pay the bill before the statement ever cut.
I haven't bothered with them since.
Filed a complaint, and a month later received a letter asking for my first born son. Problem is, I don't have any sons.😂😂
I haven't wasted anymore time with BECU.
Like Dave I have a $250k mortgage.
That's been reporting for 5 years.
Plenty of active accounts. I'm easy to find.
The fraud department treats you like you're an alien from another planet!
Ya just gotta BECU's Financial crimes unit.

So you're still a member; you just don't have funds there ... LOL
FWIW (as a BECU account holder, myself), it might actually be PSCU making you jump through the fraud hoops.
BECU contracts their credit products out to PSCU (as do a lot of small/regional CUs) so I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't talked to a soul at BECU about this, so far.
@Anonymous
I guess so illegitimate father?😂
I don't claim them though.😁
The credit lines and account can die a lonely death as I won't waste another second on BECU.😆

If this were true. They wouldn't need to identify me through DNA. As I've had roughly 20 credit union accounts and memberships.
Like I said, I'm easy to find. lol
Don't be so sure. I had to dispute a charge with a form I had to fill out and send in. PSCU isn't really with it, let's say.
They also blocked my Visa this morning because I paid $1,099 for a thing, even though I funnel thousands through the card per month on the regular 😅

LOL... I just remembered that I'm out the $20 I paid to NWCUF before BECU denied me membership. I could do like @Anonymous and request a refund but I decided to just let it go.
Well the letter I received seem to come straight from their corporate office.
Don't remember the name of the guy who sent it to me.
He claimed to be BECU management.
I thought PSCU handled some(1500) CUs credit processing transactions and online web account interface?
I could have sworn I read that somewhere.
