Had a thoroughly negative experience with Tower FCU.
First they gave me a hard time on getting set up as a member. It took more than a week, customer service was neglectful.
Then they turned me down for any credit.
Then a week later they shut down my online access. Their switchboard was overloaded with calls, with 15-minutes waiting time. When I eventually got through at a time there was a 5-minute wait, they kept me on the phone for 5-10 minutes, then told me that they were 'denying services' to me because there was something in my application they couldn't verify. [PS I'm the easiest person in the world to verify]
I asked her to send me my money back, and she said she couldn't; I would have to make a written request.
What an idiot organization.
