CUs Inbound International Wire Transfer Question

Anyone know of any CUs that do not get a small chunk, in the likes of $20 per transaction, off the original wire transfer amount taken out by an intermediary bank when receiving inbound international wire transfer?

As an example, anytime I receive wire transfer from overseas to my Ally account, Chase, who acts as an intermediary, takes $20 off the original amount, per transaction.  So if someone initially wired $500 to me, my Ally account only gets credited $480.  I am looking to see if any known CUs can avoid such scenario?

I haven't used them in a while but Andrews FCU waived fees for both incoming and outgoing wire transfers for customers with certain deposits. You might want to check with Fidelity or Interactive brokers as they never charge me for wire transfers.
