Cap1 360 neg Chex System

Does anyone know if CAp1 360 checking stopped using Chex system?

A while back I read an article that cap1 stoped using Chex System. There was some thing that happened were it was found out that ChexSystems was blocking low income inviduals the ability to open a checking or savings account. 

I do believe that cap1 360 does a hard pull for certain products. you might want to google that.

I've been with them since 2005 (ING Direct) and opened a checking when they first offered it. They used to do a hard pull for the checking because every checking account came with a $25 line of credit (that you could increase later). Now that's a grandfathered option. I realized this when I wanted to increase my $165 LOC. My options were to keep it the same or switch to overdraft protection from savings (no fees at all). Sadly, I'm stuck at $165 forever.... That's the first thing (besides colors and logos) that I've noticed Capital One change.
