Biggest difference, you need not bother with lobby coffee, banker will fetch someone to get you something better.
Who does Jasmine go through these days? I believe, she was spread out...bank-wise 🥖💀

Mommy Chase still gets more than anyone else but she had to learn to share with BECU and US Bank. Nothing really major, but it was a big step for me.
I used to think banking gods were going to drop the roof on me if I just glaced at a bank that wasn't Chase.
There were no issues with Chase or with being CPC, it's just that I no longer have a need for the level of service that requires "dedicated" anything, my accountant does that whenever he's not mad at me (he's more than accountant finances wise, but that's story for a different thread).
I'm just hoping he lives forever and he is hoping I learn how to take care of my own stuff 😂

Omg 😂
While he does accounting, he's more of financial advisor
Also, my sheebz does that, they like to judge from all angles
To add to the BofA side with regards to money transfer hold times when you have a substantial amount of money with them said hold times are the same no matter if you're on the higher Preferred Rewards tiers (Platinum Honors for both personal and business). As stated the amount of six figure transfers are just going to be closely looked at to make sure there's nothing fishy going on
Maybe if you're a Diamond Preferred on the personal side you might get some preferential treatment but I have no clue but my guess would be no
p.s. @Remedios, judgemental puppies will get you me to do anything

I've been with US Bank for over 10 years but lately I've been frustrated with their deposit hold policy. I cash a number of cashiers checks with them a year, this last one was six figures, which isn't uncommon. They held the check for 7 calendar days. I called and naturally they told me there is nothing they can do. I do have accounts at BECU, and FTF.
Question: Is there any national or PNW based banks that have a more flexible deposit hold policy? I'm tired of not being able to access my money.
Thanks
I would recommend Chase.

While others have said their stuff, what you are going to find is that you agreed to the terms of a bank account when you did open up ... which does include that bank's policy for deposit. Unfortunately, you aren't going to escape that policy simply by depositing checks via in person, mail, and/or at branch.
I am currently in several CUs, Schwab, and Discover. I can tell you that I have seen MSGCU and DCU are very similar on that policy for deposit times so moving banks isn't going to solve the issue.
I don't know what type of checks/funds you are depositing at the bank, so I am going to assume that they are payroll. If they are indeed payroll, you can try and setup direct deposit. Usually direct deposit all the funds are available when its being routing thru ACH.
If they aren't payroll, wire transfers are another option.

I second DCU if you need access to your funds almost right away. For example I just deposited my paycheck via the app and within 10 minutes the funds were available

I shouldn't make assumptions but.... the issue comes with six figure deposits, as these raise concerns about AML rules etc. Now if your paycheck is that big, then maybe DCU is appropriate!
But: @Remedios and I (and others) have posted lists of various bad things banks have done (laundering drug cartel money). So there may be some way around these pesky constraints, just need the right banker and maybe 9 figure deposits!

Not in this particular arena. Maybe unofficially if one qualified for Diamond Honors status several times over.
