If you want to successfully dispute this, you'll need to show documentation supporting your claim, which is Citi pulls the minimum payment automatically. This either needs to be a confirmation of an enrollment in an auto-pay program, or the account terms and conditions that state as much. You will also need proof that your account had the funds necessary to cover the automatic payment.
If you have that in hand, you can dispute with the CRA's, as well as file a complaint with the CFPB, which they're legally obligated to respond to.
If Citi won't fix it, dispute it with the CRA's. You can file online with all three bureaus.

I will. Thank you. I have sort of tried but my conversations with the bureaus always seem to result in, get Citi to fix it.
If you're getting pushback with the CRA's, file a complaint with the CFPB.
