Which credit unions open new accounts with no hp?

Secured would be SDFCU among the most populat if you are looking for a secured CC?  Or you just looking for a Savings or checking account in genera?

I have a local credit union account and a Chase account for business because my cu doesn't offer business accounts. I don't want to bank with Chase anymore so looking for a credit union with business banking.

Have you tried http://www.asmarterchoice.org/ ?

Many like the following credit unions for the credit cards they offer: DCU, Navy (NFCU), Nasa, SDFCU.  Several will perform a HP for membership approval. To find out for sure, give them a call oncce you've narrowed the field.
