The vast majority of us who are with DCU on MF aren't in MA so it's calls and chat when we need something. I don't expect DCU to be open 24/7/365 with reps located here in CO with never any real hold time like 1stBank but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect them to have hold times less than an hour in order to get more of my business, especially when they are outsourcing their customer service to save money.
