edit: DCU did offer me a "pre-approved" up to $5,000 SL CC during my membership open process which I passed on ... it didn't feel like an authentic SP pre-approval but I could be wrong. Holding out for a proper SP and larger SL ...

Yeah, PenFed was my 1st new bank account opening since NFCU in March of 2020. Only opened savings account as of now with PenFed.
