DCU Quick Loan Approved $2k !!! Soft Pull

Member of DCU since March 2021. Always been soft pulls for their products since they pre approve me for all their products. I have a CC and my car loan through them all SP.

Before gardening till December, I decided to apply and use the $2000 at 10% to pay off my Paypal card at 21%. I applied and was instantly asked to submit paystubs which I did. I was prompted then to call them. I did and within 30 minutes of applying for the loan, the money was in my DCU savings, CRAZY!!! 

I was surprised they asked for POI because they didn't ask for it when I applied for my credit card and card loan a year ago.

Credit score in app ( Equifax mortgage): 678

My mortgage score are so low I don't even know why lol

Congrats on your DCU approval! I have the same offer available in my account since a while. They asked for my paystubs when I got their credit card and auto loan.

Pay your bills on time. Pay them off every month. Run a lot of money through the cards. DCU and Capital one are the best banks Ive ever had. I pay 0 percent interest

I've used their quick loans a few times now definitely comes in handy if you need money right away, I think the longest I had to wait on the funds was just a few hour's

@CYBERSAM I am a newbie and I happened to come across this thread because I was searching up DCU which I applied for. I also have an account that is very new with Navy Federal so I was wondering being your signature shows you have both credit unions in your profile are you pleased with each of them or do you favor one more than the other? My scores are just under 600 and I don't want to make any bad choices it's taken me a long time to even get where I could start to rebuild so I'm just asking your opinion because I don't want to waste my rebuild with the wrong CU. My daily account is with Bank of America and I am so over it with them. 🙄

Congrats @Prince_Kay5 ! POI has been pretty standard specifically for the Quick Loan product. So, that isn't out of the ordinary. I'd be surprised if they didn't ask for it, actually. Nice job!
