Good lord I have tried to call them twice both times was on hold for an hour and never got a live rep.So then I tried the chat feature 😳 I was in the queue for 45 minutes kept getting updates you are this number in line , finally got to "8th" in line and then it stated chat ended🙄 Please enter chat again .
Good grief their website is awful and now their CS isn't looking much better lol
