Denied for lightstream loan approved for citibank

Tried for lightstream loan they pulled transunion score 773  4 percent overall usage 1/1/1 with new accounts 1/1/1 inquires  denied for lack of usage of available credit and not having a auto loan

Citi pulled Eq score 799 only difference is no iquires in the last 24 months 10k Apr 11

Also neither asked for poi I do have a checking account with Truist and I have a Citi custom cash

What does 1/1/1 mean? You applied for

an unsecured loan but denied for not having an auto loan on your credit profile? I was looking at Lightstream for a personal loan so was reading your comments

I would have assumed LightStream is easier to get. Worked out fine though I guess

Those were the reasons in the denial letter: low utilization and no auto loan? Seems kooky.
