The screen's virtually blank. I contacted them via their site and was told to call in. I almost think that they're doing it intentionally to make people call in so that they can try to convince them to stay, or hope that they'll forget and get charged. They've known about this for about 2 weeks and are requesting that I send them a screenshot. I guess that they won't fix it until I send them a screenshot?

I wasn't able to do it on the website, but I was able to do it in the app on Android.
































Ok I feel better now that its others are dealing with this as well. I sent them screenshots as well. They know whats going since others are having issues. I will continue to use the free services and have them cancel it manually or until they no longer offer it

How did you resolve this, cause I'm having the same issue.
I haven’t tried, but this doesn’t surprise me. All these subscriptions are annoying to get rid of.
