Logged into Discover today and received a pop up offering me a $20k PL at fixed rate of 7.99% for 36 or 48 months. Not in the market for a PL at the moment, but it was nice validation on my rebuilding progress.
Also of note was this: "return funds within 30 days and pay no interest".
I never received these offers pre-COVID, but now during COVID I'm getting them from Discover and AMEX (received a $25k PL offer from AMEX @ 6.99% when I logged in a few months back)
