When I called in to fix the funding issue they set me up with my online account. I haven't received anything in the mail yet. Strangely, now that I have the membership in hand, I am not in any particular hurry. 
Just to round this off: I have received all my paperwork for my checking and savings accounts, with my debit card finally arriving 12/2/21.
I applied for a car loan on 11/19/21 and will be starting a thread on that shortly.

Congratulations! I am currently getting the documentation I need to apply for membership. Your post gives me an idea of how long the process is.
